Clay Damon was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida and is a true native Floridian! Having lived everywhere from Delray Beach to Jupiter, his excellent knowledge of the communities, school districts and all that south Florida has to offer helps ensure that his clients are represented with unparalleled professionalism and expertise.

Clay is a graduate of the prestigious Benjamin School (North Palm Beach) and holds a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University in Business & Hospitality Management.

Growing up the son of a prominent real estate attorney in Palm Beach County, Clay has had a passion for the real estate industry from a young age. After graduating from FSU, he worked in management at the Ritz Carlton Palm Beach where he developed and refined his skills in the luxury hospitality industry. The genuine care and attention to detail and service that was ingrained in him during his hospitality career brings tremendous value to his clients with all their real estate needs.

Clay partnered with real estate expert, Marco Terminesi, forming the Terminesi Team. Closing over $100,000,000 in career sales, clients gravitate towards the full-service team that is ready to provide a top tier personal and attentive experience as they find their piece of paradise to call home.

Clay uses up to date technology to stay well informed on market trends and local changes, while using the global presence of RE/MAX to maximize advertising exposure for sellers while selling their properties. The Terminesi Team's marketing plan is second to none and has proven to be successful as properties are sold in less than local average time and at more than 95 percent of list price.

Clay currently resides in Jupiter, FL and is the proud owner of a rescue dog named Copper.
